Smaranda Paraschiv - Senior Editor

Since 2007, I’ve worked for Chainsaw Europe as a senior editor.  I have been assistant editor on the following films: Tache (director: Igor Cobileanski) and Gruber’s Journey (director: Radu Gabrea).

I have edited short films such as: Asa e el, Costelino, Vicii, Crysis, and Once Upon a Time in Transylvania.  Also, I edited the award-winning The Crossing (director: Cristian Ples), winner of the Silver Award California Film Awards 2012, Jury Award at the Utah Arts Festival 2012, Best Student Film and Best Actor (Boris Gaza) at the Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood 2012.

My work includes numerous commercials for clients such as P&G, Nestle, Vodafone, Danone, Poiana, Ariel, Bonux, Seat, Elite, Chio, Raiffeisen Bank, ProCredit Bank, Toyota, Nokia and many others.
